These Terms and conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access our website. By accessing or using the website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the website.
God Market Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation that works to empower the poor and underprivileged sections of society, and also serves to help talented stock market traders & ASTAians. We at GMF strongly believe in financial literacy for all and work towards achieving this goal. Through our financial literacy initiatives, we provide financial aid to individuals from underprivileged backgrounds struggling to fund their education. While GMS endeavor to keep the information up-to-date and correct, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied about the completion, accuracy, reliability, sustainability or availability with respect to website or information, products, services or related graphics, contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is, therefore, strictly at your own risk.
If you are a minor, i.e. under the age of 18 years and over the age of 13 years, you may use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Donations are non-refundable once the 80G certificate is issued (Please refer Cancellation Policy).

All personal information, which is gathered and stored through this site, shall be governed by these terms laid out by God Market Foundation. We capture personal information about the proposed user while accessing God Market Foundation website. The information is used for promptly identifying you and to attend personally to your specific requests. We will hold your personal information confidentially and will preserve it. We will not sell or rent the information to anyone.
You understand that we have the right at all times to disclose any information (including the identity of the persons providing information or materials on the website) as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or valid governmental request. This may include, without limitation, disclosure of the information in connection with investigation of alleged illegal activity or solicitation of illegal activity or in response to a lawful court order.
We may use third-party Service Providers like Google Analytics to monitor and analyze the use of our service. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our service. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our website use, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the website use.
Refund Policy
God Market Foundation and/or its associated organizations deeply value all contributions to sustain our mission. However, in the event of cancelling your donation, we follow a reliable refund policy, ensuring you, our donor has a hassle-free experience. We take utmost care about processing donations as per the mandates signed by our donors in the donor forms, both offline and online. In case of an unlikely event of an erroneous deduction or if the donor wants to cancel/deduct the donation, God Market Foundation will respond within 7 working days from the date of receiving the request from donor.
Kindly note, the timely refund of the wrongly deduced amount will depend on the mode of payment used during the transaction. God Market Foundation will require proof of the donation amount deducted, along with written communication for refund from the donor within 5 days after donation has been made.
If the 10bd (tax exemption certificate) has already been issued, a refund of the donation amount will not be applicable. In other cases, the donation amount will be refunded after the deducting the payment gateway service charges.
